Paul and Family, I am so saddened to hear of Carol's passing.  Many years ago we worked together & our friendship continued even after.  I was so happy when she met you because she was so happy.  I am still using the recipes that we exchanged.  Little by little as life interfered we lost contact and for that I am so sorry.  Carol was a great friend and stayed so positive. She is missed.
