This memorial website was created in the memory of our loved one, Capt. John C. Kempf Jr (USN Ret) , 74, born in September 1941 and passed away in July 2016. We will remember him forever.
Such a wonderful man with a gentle and kind spirit. He will be missed.
I first met Jack when his family moved to Elkhart, Indiana in the early 50's. They moved two doors down from us on Crescent Street and started a friendship which lasted until Jack and his family moved to Ft. Smith Arkansas when Jack was in the 8th grade. I have thought of Jack many times over the years-wish we had found each other.
