This memorial website was created in the memory of our loved one, Brother Leo Shea. We will remember him forever.
I knew Br. Leo when he was the provincial in the late 90's. I was the provincial at the time for the SMSM's and we would have Marist Family Leaders meetings. I always enjoyed Leo's great sense of humor and directness. Having been a missionary in Libera we had many things in common. He was a wonderful person and I know will be missed. Brother Leo was a guest along with my brother Patrick to visit my sister and I on Cayuga Lake. I so admired how he would sit and just enjoy the beauty of his surroundings. He seemed so content. He was a pleasure to converse with and have as part of our family during those visits. He would be so thankful for the invite and excited to return. What wonderful qualities in a human being.
