Your faith and love for our Lord Jesus was not just words but was manifested in how you lived your life daily. You positively impacted the lives of all you came into contact with.  There will be dozens, if not hundreds, spending eternity walking the streets of gold because of the impact you made here on earth.  You selflessly served so others could have hope.
