My deepest sympathy to the Fisher family and especially Miguel.  Bill was one of my best friends when we lived together in graduate school at Radford University.  He was a talented, witty, compasionate man.  He had a great outside jumpshot and worked tirelessly at his craft as an artist with passion and insight.  He was a devoted friend and father who will be dearly missed.
