I will always remember Mrs. Wharton as the coolest mom in my neighborhood. I was great friends with Sally, Linda,and little Nancy. We went to the beach with Betty, she let us play at her house. We danced to American Bandstand and played Monopoly at her house. I'll never forget her telling us about the movie Psycho, as we were too young to see it. I miss the memories & cherish them.

Oh how I adored BA! What a wonderful character she was. I would see her at the golf course and she would grab me and whisper in my ear "Tell me EVERYTHING!" and of course I would. I always felt like we had little secrets together, and it was a good feeling to have. Thank you for sharing your Mother with me. I loved her as if she was my own.
