Memorial Tributes
It is the end of an era indeed. Although Barbara tried to retire at the end of July of 2022, she was still working almost until the end. The closest thing to a walking 4350.3 that many of us will ever know, she was a force in the subsidized housing world, and will be missed. RIP Barbara.
