This memorial website was created in the memory of our loved one, Arthur "Ray" Shepherd Jr., 53, born on February 23rd, 1962 and passed away on August 3rd, 2015. We will remember him forever.
I am sorry for your loss. I went to Jessie Rice Elementary School with Ray. He was a wonderful friend. I pray for God to somehow in his miracle way show the family some comfort at this tragic time in their lives!!
