I've  been  a neighbor of Art  for the past 36 years.   Tho I rarely  saw him to talk to,  it was  a comfort to me knowing he was  there.  When I did see him he was always willing to offer some advice or a joke about something.   I will miss our little chats (as infrequent as they were) as I always felt he was sincere about our relationship as neighbors and  friends.  I will miss him a lot
