Tony was not only my lawyer but also a great friend. Just a quick story . WE had a limousine drive us out to a hearing(landfill) and I asked Tony hows it look? He brought out his harmonica and said you are in trouble but I'll play this at the hearing and all will go great!! We won that night. CHUCK MABARDY.
I was a best friend of Tony’s, After I graduated with a degree in
environmental science Tony was the first to use me as a “wetlands expert”
in support of his litigation. Together we guided many successful development
projects with minimal impacts. Rest In peace Old Friend.
