Growing up calling you uncle Tony and spending time with your family fill some of my core memories as a child. You were my dads best friend and have shown me what it means to be just that. We will miss you uncle Tony aka Bumpa.

He was always an amazing person to run into and made you feel good about yourself. Biggest heart and cared VERY much about his family. When I was going through some pretty hard times he would pick me up and we’d go shooting at the rabbit creek shooting range..Such a good man
I was very blessed to know him  and have in my life.  Miss you Tony

Sorry to hear about Tony.  Rest In Peace Tony.  Had some of the best times in Anchorage/Cooper River/ Clam Gulch/South Anchorage with Tony and his family.  Still pass by the house he grew up in.(Our heiights were outlined on Richard's door frame as we grew up....I used to be 6"2"".)   I'm glad Tony had a good life with family and friends. Take care and I'll be up that way sometime to say

Tony was larger than life. Our families were intertwined as Mom was married to Tony's father. Mom says she can see his smile and was loving and caring. He loved his family and told many stories of his grandchildren who he was very proud of. He was an awesome brother who looked after all. He had an upbeat personality, smiling face, and gave huge genuine hugs.

What a great childhood with uncle Tony, Bumpa. I can still hear him say his boys nicknames, and he would tell stories of dad and Tony growing up.  I remember a camping trip to harvest clams, See and Johnson kids. Tony even let us live with him when we first moved to Anchorage. Always so generous. Bumpa will be missed.
