I cannot believe you are gone;for nearly 40 years you have been my neighbor. I miss your sweet voice and our talks on the phone and across the fence and forever I treasure the family Apple Cake recipe you shared in your beautiful handwriting! I will always bake it in your honor!

Ms. Seliskar, I was one of your students at Soquel Elementary and I had the privilege of being in your 2nd-grade class as well as your combo 2nd/3rd-grade glass. You have always been my favorite teacher even though I believe I was a difficult student due to the difficult home life. You stuck with me. Barbara Mills
