I lived close to the Westerback and played with Andy and Ann growing up. Andy and I graduated together from Bloomer High School. He always was kind to everyone. Such a shock to hear of his passing. Scott and I send our sincere sympathy to the family. Scott and Deb (Christianson) Bowe.

Andy was my brothers friend, but it didn't take long and he became a family friend. Each of my 3 adult kids have wonderful memories of Andy. Andy became a part of our family, He just had a special way about him that touched everyone. It was impossible to not like Andy. He was just a wonderful guy with a great sense of humor. We will miss him. So Sorry for your loss
