I met and worked with Amanda during my time at MapInfo.  Amanda Barnes was an Original Badass!!! She was a woman in a primarily male role who projected confidence, intellect, leadership, and a twinkly, devilish look in those sparkling blue eyes!  She was loved and respected by all, but especially by me.  I'm heartbroken Amanda was taken from us so soon.  With love, Rebecca Snyder
