As a long time fellow IBM employee, I was sadden to learn of Al's passing.  We worked together for many years Since we lived near each othem we car-pooled togethr during the mid 70's gas shortage. On occasion we played softball on the same team. I always remember Al as a pleasant easy to get along with guy. I'm sure he will be missed by his family.

I am so saddened to hear about Al.  He was my mentor when I first joined IBM and I was so fortunate to have that opportunity.  He was an awesome athlete and played on our IBM football, softball, and volleyball teams.  He was such a kind person and a friend to all who got to know him. You will be missed my friend… RIP.  My deepest condolences to Bev and family.
